One night in knickers

Sasha told me last night that she wanted to wear knickers to bed instead of pull-ups. Despite my reservations, I said that would be okay. But she had to go to the toilet if she needed to 'go', and also if she spent all night messing around in the toilet, she'd need to wear pull-ups again. No, no, knickers was the go. She'd had decent afternoon sleep in knickers too with no accidents. Okay, I'll follow your lead.

Note to self: go to bed at a decent time to enable bed changing in the middle of the night.

Nikita was messing about singing & playing until 11pm+!! She's not well, with a bit of a cold and a slight temperature.

I took Sasha for a loo-stop at about 10.30 and got myself to bed by about 11.30ish.

6.30am rocks up and Sasha comes into my room. No accidents!!! I'm so proud of her!! I tell her she'd better go to the loo now as she's probably busting, so she does & then comes back for big hugs.

So she was 24-36hrs in knickers with no accidents. She did have an 'accident' today whilst in time-out. But I don't really think these are accidents, she just trying to find ways out of staying there.

She didn't have an afternoon sleep today as we were at Booragoon, and I was trying to avoid last night's debacle from Miss Nikita. Tonight she wanted pull-ups again.

I feel like we're on the verge of the last breakthrough with her TT at last. Just trying not to get over excited at the prospect as I don't want to be disappointed if I'm wrong!!

This road has been so much longer & more difficult than it 'should' have been, and what it 'normally' is for others. Kindy's only 8.5 wks away!!
