Toilet Training Update - 26 May 2006

Hmm, well yesterday I said I was giving up on the Toilet Training for Sasha until after our holiday. (Two weeks till we leave - yayayay!!!)

Well, today we had playgroup and I put them both in nappies no dramas. Then about 5 minutes before we were ready to go home, Sasha suddenly said she needed to go to the toilet. She *always* says this at this stage of playgroup, but still I humour her & take her to the toilet. She did a wee!! So proud of her. I think that's now 3 foreign toilets she has successfully used.

No accidents, went to bed with a Big Girl Nappy (aka pull ups), and then when she woke up refused to wear her toilet training pants, so back into regular nappies again.

Still I'm happy to put it on the back burner until after our holiday. Just goes to show how confusing this is for all of us.

They're both a bit hoarse and chesty, so not sure what's going on there. No temps or snotty nosese. It's been COLD the last few nights though. Which reminds me, I might go dig out my hottie for tonight. My doona is 13 years old and getting a bit thin.
