Spring Cleaning

Well David has been home for 2 weeks come tomorrow evening & we've actually made a bit of progress around the homestead in preparation for Nikita's party!! We've made 2 trips to the tip & today we borrowed NannaJay's car & trailer to take the second lot. Nikita sat in her booster seat on the way home from NannaJay's, and then whilst she had an afternoon sleep, David took Sasha & a trailer load of sand & weeds to the tip. Both girls had a ball in NannaJay's 'truck' & also playing in the trailer in the evening.

Apart from this we had a visit from a neighbour across the road. I've forgotten her name. Never met her before, and she was cleaning her car & her son was being a bit demanding. Next thing we knew he was over here for a play with Sasha. He's already 4 & in Atwell Kindy, so he's the year ahead of Sasha,, but they playe quiet happily together & we got through almost all of our gardening.

We have pretty much come to the conclusion that we will extend our mortgage by $50K to finish off the house properly - assuming the banks allow it of course. Okay, better leave it there, I'm taking 'hits' as I'm typing, so better crawl into bed before I have to be carried. Oh, & I can hear DB snoring on the couch already, maybe I'll leave him there so I can hog the whole bed.

Hopefully back with a TT update & I also need to work on playgroup agendas, minutes, etc. and SOME PHOTOS of our helpers today.
