One small victory for mummy

One GIANT step forward for Miss Sasha. We went to Booragoon this morning to get some groceries and bank a cheque. Sasha was in her training pants, no nappy. All the way around the shopping centre, every time we passed a toilet, I'd ask her if she needed to go. No. No. No. No. No. No......

Eventually we got through all that we needed to and went out to the car. I ask Sasha if she needs to go to the toilet - No. So I load everything into the car, including milk, icecream, dessert for dinner as we are having friends over, etc. Sasha's just sat in her seat then says she needs to go wee wee. So we quickly lock up the car & go back into the shops. Get to the toilet & away she goes!! Yay!!! I'm so proud of her using a big toilet (well it was a kiddie's one) away from home.

When we eventually got home though she insisted on having a nappy on as she needed to do #2's. Then she insisted on wearing a nappy all afternoon. We'll see what happens when she wakes up.

We're definitely making progress though. I think using a different toilet to the one at home is a huge breakthrough.

Sorry about all the potty talk - I'm just so obsessed!!

Well Done Sasha!!!
We're going through the same stage with E atm :)
It definitely gets obsessive doesn't it? I'm only just realising that I may never need to buy nappies ever again!
