Getting there - slowly

Well it's been less than 24hrs since I last blogged & I've done sooo much!!

Car News
Someone came & looked at the car late yesterday & was 'interested'. Geez he went over it with a fine-tooth comb too - was here for well over and hour!! Buuuut, I haven't heard back from him, so I'm guessing that's a 'no thanks'. Another couple came around this morning & were very enthusiastic, but felt obliged to look at a couple of others & this afternoon they called to say they'd found something else.

House stuff
Last night I did my Triple P paperwork & tidied up the kids' toys.
Today I've done 2 loads of washing, vacuumed the whole house & mopped the meals area. I packed up all the boxes
and Christiian's tarpaulin we took the boxes to the tip. Then I dropped the tarp back at Uncle Bomber's and the girls had a quick play with Grace.
Larissa & Christiian were getting organised to go to a party so we didn't stay long. I'd actually forgotten that Larissa was pregnant. She's looking really well (despite still being in her jammies!!).
Then we came home for lunch & Andrew & Marisa popped over for a quick visit on their way out to give Sasha her birthday present. She got a Dora the Explorer backpack toy which has buttons which speak English/Spanish. I managed to get her to leave it for 15 minutes whilst she & Nikki had a play on the swings, and then it was bedtime. Sasha took her new toy to bed with her, but I haven't heard it for some time, so I guess she went to sleep.
And since then I fell into the time warp which is my PC & haven't achieved much at all!!

Going to bring washing in and the dinner/bath/etc routine after afternoon sleeps & then I MUST get this playgroup paperwork sorted so I can get on to fun stuff again.

David thinks he'll be coming home again tomorrow as they are having power problems on the rig. We'll see!!!
