Be Vewwy, Vewwy Quiet!! I'm Hunting Wabbits!!

The Big Easter Egg Hunt 2006 went off with a squeal & a shriek & a mad dash of excitement, or two!!

Sasha went down to the lounge room & peered out the front window whilst I finished off getting Nikki out of bed. Nikki soon joined her in the window-peering. A minute or two later of Sasha's commentary to Nikita about what was supposed to have happened, and the truth sank in as she suddenly realised that there WERE EASTER EGGS OUT THE FRONT!! HEY MUUUUUM!!! THERE'S EASTER EGGS OUT THE FRONT!!!!!

It was so much fun to watch them both learn & experience something that I have such happy memories of from my own childhood.

There's still loads of eggs left, even now days later. And although Nikita's basket shows a dismal 2 in it, she did actually collect much more than that. She just kept making the mistake of leaving her basket unattended & a little bower bird by the name of Sasha kept stealing her eggs!!

They are very good though & love sharing their eggs with everyone, as NannaJay, Marisa & Andrew saw at lunch. We went to Andrew & Marisa's for a lovely lunch on Easter Sunday. Typically Sasha decided that she didn't need anything to eat at lunch - tummy too full of chocolate no doubt.

I got some lovely photo's in A&M's lounge room - the light in there is fantastic. I'll try to post some of the pics tomorrow (today!!) - I'm getting an error message at the moment.

Right now, it's getting late & I need to set up this PC to transfer all My Documents onto our new 120Gb external hard drive - we had only 128-ish Mb left on our PC, which is only a small number of photo's!!

I'm so inspired by the lovely work shown on MissyMuh's blog - her creativity & versatility is amazing!! I really don't know how some people find all the hours in the day to create all the things they do & still get through all the normal day-to-day stuff.
